LOG-IN AND ENROLLMENT
Your organization or institution has been assigned a special code that allows a specified number of users to create usernames and passwords so that they can access the course on an ongoing basis.
| How
do I use the Access Code? |
|
Your organization or institution will give you the Access Code that you enter into the field titled "Enroll."
If this is the first time you are enrolling in a SHRM course, select the "I am a new user" button and click OK. You will then fill out a short contact information form and create the username and password that lets you access this course and future SHRM courses on an ongoing basis. You won't need to enter the Access Code again for this course.
If you have previously enrolled in a SHRM course through the same organization or institution, enter the new course's Access Code, select the "I already have a username and password" button, and click OK. You won't need to enter the Access Code again for this course.
The Access Code has been given to the course administrator and/or instructor at your organization or institution. Please contact them for further assistance.
| What if the Access Code doesn't work? |

It's possible that the maximum number of users that your organization or institution purchased has been used up. Contact your course administrator and/or instructor for assistance.
| How
do I get my username and password? |
|
In some cases, your organization or institution will provide you with a username and password. In other cases, you will create your own when you complete your enrollment in the course. If you are unsure, contact your course administrator or instructor.

| Why does everyone in my group have the same
Access Code? |

The Access Code allows a specified number of people to access the course. For instance, if your organization or institution purchased this course for 15 people, they would all get the same Access Code. Other groups would have a different Access Code.
